Examinations : There will be two examinations in an academic year(excepting the QTs and  WTs) which may are called  Midterm or Half-yearly Examination and Annual Examination.

 

Process of Evaluation ; The results of the students will be evaluated taking into consideration weekly tests(WT), quarterly tests(QT) and final written examinations(WE). The grades will be subject-wise as is followed in O-Level system.

80 – 89	A
70 – 79	B
60 – 69	C
50 – 59	D
40 – 49	E
30 – 39	N
Below	U

 

*The last two grades N & U carry little or no value in the field of education. So, our “Pass mark” is actually 40.

 

NOTES :

1. Marks Allotted for Weekly test, Diary keeping, behavior, and attendance will be taken into consideration for assessing midterm end and for final term examination.
2. 1 (one) mark be deducted for remaining absent for a day.
3. 1 (one) mark be deducted for coming late to the institution for 3 days.
4. Violation of school discipline will make a student liable for the deduction of marks as deemed fit by the class teacher.
